Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of beer as a live product and foodstuff. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (can't drink it and return it!), in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To return your product, you should mail (or drop off) your product to the brewery: Sureshot Brewing, 5 Sheffield Street, Manchester, M1 2ND.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is deposited within your account. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted between the card company and bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@sureshotbrew.com.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information?
