We currently ship to mainland UK addresses with our courier partners.

How it works
We ship all orders on a next working day service to give you the freshest, bestest beer possible. Our team prepares and dispatches orders daily Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays (to ensure freshness and no transit over the weekend). Ordering closes at 9am, any orders after which will be fulfilled the next working day.

We aim to have your order with you by one working day of purchase. However, on occasion there may be issues/delays. We work to limit these, always keeping an eagle eye on our couriers' processes to ensure the best delivery service possible.

When you order
Once you have paid for your beer you will receive a confirmation email to say we have successfully received the order and will begin to pack it. When we've processed the order for shipping you'll then receive a second order complete email with tracking number. The parcel is now in the post on its way!

Courier delivery
Our courier delivers weekdays and Saturdays. Don't worry though - if for any reason the order cannot be delivered on the first day the courier will try again or leave a collection note. 

If the delivery cannot be made at all the courier will return the order to us where we will either refund the order or rearrange for delivery. In this situation, we may have to charge you for delivery a second time.

Shipping timings
The order cut off time is 9am Monday - Friday. Orders after which will be sent the next working day. For example: if you place your order on Monday at 8am (like every normal beer buying person!), we would pack and ship your order same day for next day delivery, Tuesday.

If you were to order on Monday after 9am, your order would be packed and shipped on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Any order placed after Friday 9am will be packed and shipped on Monday for next working day delivery - Tuesday. Simple (we think)!

If you have submitted an email address with your order you should receive a tracking code and link in the second, order complete email. This can be manually put into the courier's website if the link isn't working.

Courier delays
As we all know a lot of business have shifted to online sales in the last couple of years putting the courier system under pressure. Whilst they assure us they are working their hardest, the couriers on occasion will miss collections. In this instance orders will be rebooked for the following day.

Missing items/damaged order
With the increase in demand for courier services, we know (and have experienced ourselves) that sometimes items arrive damaged, missing items, or not at all. If this is the case, reply to your order completed email with the issue and we'll help to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How about for Blue Light Card holders?
We're working on getting a system in place that'll give back to those who give so much. Keep you posted as we can.

I have got an 'Order Complete' email but no beer, what's up?
When processing your order, we mark it as complete once it’s ready to be shipped - i.e. picked and packed. This then alerts the courier that we have an order ready to be collected and that the order is complete our end before they deliver to you.

What packaging do you use?
All our cardboard comes from recycled and ethically sourced materials. Our packaging filler is made from vegetable starch and is bio-degradable.

I have an issue with my gift card, can you help?
Of course! Our web shop only allows one gift card to be used at a time but we can combine cards after purchase – just email hello@sureshotbrew.com with proof of purchase and the gift cards you would like to combine. If your gift card fails at checkout, get in touch via email or phone below with your gift card number and we'll sort it out.

Can you send some free beers for my cat's 33rd birthday? It'd mean a lot to Monsieur Twinkles.
Sure, why not. First send the cat - we'll need to verify the mog's age.*

Refunds and replacements, how?

I accidentally put the wrong address/shipping method, what do I do?
You'll  never see that beer again. Kidding. Just get in touch with your order number. If it's before the courier has collected the parcel we'll cancel the initial order and let you put through a new one with the right shipping method. No drama.

I messaged you, when can I expect a reply?
We'll always try to get back to all queries within 24 hours and have any issues resolved pronto. We work Monday to Friday, so there may be delays in getting back to you over the weekend. Any emails in after beer time on Friday (5pm), will be picked up first thing Monday 9am (not beer time).

You seem like legends, how do I get a ticket on this train?
We may not be hiring just now, but it never hurts to send us a message. We are always seeking to improve our *robot voice* human capital resources.

Can I track my order?
We're a modern sort. Once your order has been completed our end you'll receive an auto-generated email with tracking number and link. But hold on, because only once your order has been collected by the courier will it show up on their tracking system. So if there's a slight delay or your order has not appeared yet it’s most likely not yet been collected.
